Life has always come easily for Michael Anderson. Smart, popular and growing up living a life of privilege, he seems to have it all. The problem is that his dad is a singer in a world-known boy band, and Michael couldn’t be more ashamed. Falling into a path of rebellion, Michael has convinced himself that life would be better if his dad wasn’t around at all.

Coming out of a five year long hiatus, Kevin Anderson picks back up on a life he’d put on hold. Trying to juggle his music career with attempting to build a relationship with his son, he’s at a loss for how to be a father while still continuing to do what he loves.

When Kevin is diagnosed with terminal cancer, everything comes to a halt. While Kevin has to accept the fact that his life is being cut short, Michael has to make a decision of his own. Beginning to see that what he thought was important in life is actually insignificant, Michael starts to turn his life around. With his father’s days running out though, Michael realizes that he might already be too late.
