Here's a short synopsis of my first novel, "Under the Dragon's Claw" which is available on Amazon in kindle form. For Brits, the book is available in paperback at Amazon.co.uk.

Synopsis:

There is something odd about Theodor: he doesn’t quite fit in with the rest of his friends. What’s Archon, doing here? The High Mage’s arrival at the cottage has put his parents on edge. King Aldorn, Overlord of the Midlands, sent him. A shadow from the family’s clandestine past, he is an unpleasant interruption that has caught up with them, and Theo must pay the price.

In ‘Under the Dragon’s Claw’, the first of the ‘Heartstone Talisman’ books, Theo is torn from his island home by the violent machinations of the Dark Brotherhood. Hostile forces bend their will to destroy him. Whether he likes it or not, he has chosen a side, and must be taught how to survive by the mage and his traitor-nymph companion.

The bulwark of the west, Alcavia, is about to fall, and the city’s Warrior Princess is in the clutches of the Warlock Zarzbudin. Theodor must travel to the Dragon’s Foot Mountains to save her. The road will be fraught with peril: Dark Nymphs, Ogres, and Trolls thrown in his path. He will not be alone. Serilia, his sister, though an apprentice sorceress, is tenacious, his best friend Nem is steadfast and brave, and they have the mage. Surely they will be enough to hold the tide that threatens to flood their world.
