A thought crossed Coby!s mine, and he realised there was still hope. “Are people named Cody, Tyler, and Garrett coming here?”
“I — uh —wow.” His voice cracked
Coby felt his eyes get wet, and he turned away to clear them. His home...his foster family...all gone? All he had now was A-X-L, and he was determined to not lose him too.
Coby’s gloves felt itchy on his hands. “Wait...so...earth is gone?”

He glanced at Dust. “Can i pet him without losing my hand?”

Coby shrugged. “Dunno. I dunno where we even r right now...” He turned to Kira. “How far is this from Frisco?”
A-X-L ran to Coby nervously
Coby looked back at Isabella and managed to mutter “Frisco, Texas”
He shrugged. “Well, I’ll just take 3.” He popped 3 pills into his mouth.
Coby raised an eyebrow. “I have no desire to go into a coma.”
