Reggie was lost in the music of her head phones, quietly jamming along as she finished up the list of muttations for this year’s Hunger Games.

Personality: Very very flirty, gets protective over people, trusts the vibes he gets from other people, is very honest, and is VERY stubborn. He's also impulsive but patient and hardworking. Radiates Hufflepuff energy and is a HUGE fashion nerd, but his style for himself is pretty low-key. He's also very playful and absolutely loves chocolate chip cookies as well as hugs.
History: Learned from a young age about cosmetology and fashion from his mom and dad, and grew to love it after 10 years of hating it (He was 15 when he realized that he actually liked it).

Reggie rolled her eyes at Adair and nodded to Romalia as she walked out. ”Yeah Yeah, whatever.” She said, checking and x-ing the list of mutts they could use. “Ooooo bat-monkeys!”

”Pftt-” She snickered, failing to hide it as she smirked at them. ”I think you've forgotten that we’ve done this before; remember that time where the sleeping fog actually backfired and we finished less than 2 hours before it started?” She asked, laughing. ”And as for when they appear, at night in the (view spoiler) should work fine.”
”You're right; pelican-sharks are way better than turtle-lions. I'm pretty sure that they defected too.” She said, drinking a rainbow smoothie as she worked.

Reggie flopped onto a lounge chair, lazily taking out her computer and puling up a file of mutations to put into the Hunger Games. "So pelicans or turtles?" She asked randomly, not giving any hindsight at all as she hummed to her dance music and put her hair into a high messy bun, not really saying hi to anyone, but greeting them without saying or doing anything. It was peculiar and it couldn't exactly be pinpointed, but that was Reggie's way.
