What race shot down Isildur after he had failed to toss the one ring into Mt.Doom?

Silly! It was a tiny hole in his left breast. The gems kept him invulnerable to attacks, except for bard, who shot him down using a type of arrow.

Can you guess what that arrow was?

Not the council O.o I mean the silly group that the Maiar sent to M.E To erase the threat of Sauron from men. Gandalf is one of them.
