Dante smiled wider. "Seems like you enjoy an audience, Cas. Wonder if you'll feel the same way when I fuck your brains out."

(*paniking*)

"I very much do." He leaned further, and whispered, "A hand can only be your company for oh, so long." He nipped her ear. "Especially when the one person you want is right there."

Dante leaned forward. "I am great." He shrugged. "Could use someone in bed, but we can't get everything that we want, now can we?" He looked her up and down, and smirked.

Dante tried not to look at her GODDAMN CHEST, and tilted his head. She was teasing him. Caspian Lamen- fucking-dola was teasing him. Fine. He could fight fire with fire. Literally.

Dante nodded feverishly. "Great! Um, I, um," He was going to die. He was actually going to die, here, in front of Cas, and the insane woman on the ground.

Dante bit his lip to keep from smiling. "I'll even blame myself as the culprit." He was smiling for too long.
stop smiling. STOP SMILING. Dante turned away from her.

Dante shoved it at her, grimacing. "I know it isn't much..." He started, watching her unwrap it.

"I hated that thing." Dante replied, eyes never leaving her face, despite the woman (he assumed THAT was Melody) screaming words he couldn't decifer. "Oh! I have a gift for you...?"

Dante gave her a smile back. "Hi. How's... Ace?" Internally, he screamed at himself.

Dante pushed open the door. "Melody?" He cried. "Lou--" He trailed off, noting a woman slumped on the floor, and... "Caspian." He said. "Interesting, seeing you here." He tried to keep his breathing steady. "Is she okay?"

Dante stepped out of the story. Crowds were beginning to gather, families where beginning to sit down in front of fires, and drink hot cocoa, and tell each other stories. Quickly, he made his way to Melody's.

The woman gave him a dagger. Dante stared at it, as she rambled on about how it was Venandi blessed and witch cursed, and more. "Um, do you know a place where I could get any other gifts?" Dante interrupted. The woman smirked. "Melody's has it all. Tell her Louise sent you."

Dante tilted his head. "I...What?" The lady curt her head. "You have a glow about you. Anyone within a mile can sense it." EVERYONE says that. What the hell did him and Cas do? "Um," Dante started. "Very. She's very special to me."

Dante stared at the store window. Aw, fuck it. He walked in, smiling at the lady behind the counter. "How special is she?" The woman asked almost immediately.

Dante smiled to himself. He knew for a fact, that Cas, wherever she was, probably hated the Solstice. He chuckled. She likely LOVED getting Solstice gifts, but all else went out the window. He passed a store, then backpedalled. What if... what if he got her a present? As friends, of course. Not... lovers.

Alex sighed. "Fine. But for every spell I do RIGHT, I get a kiss." Then, he smiled mischeviously. "Unless, you would prefer to strip?"

Dante bit into a bagel. He threw his coin at the vendor, said thank you, and proceeded to walk through the town square. People were getting ready for the solstice, and they were going out with it. Some people even the lined their houses with crystal and made fake snow.

OK. You start*

Alex stared at him, bewildered. "Please tell me you're joking." He swallowed hard.
