Storm witch;

On command/at will; Can send out miniature flashes of lightning, can make rain, usually destructive magic, but does not have to be whatsoever

Other: Can weave storms/more extreme weather types into little jars called ”tempest jars.” (view spoiler)[Tempest jars are mason-jar looking containers that have been reinforced magically by a witch/warlock who is skilled with enchanting inanimate objects. They can contain entities such as vengeful spirits, tiny fae creatures, can temporarily store woven/folded/shruken pieces of magic such as a storm witch/warlock thunderstorm, etc (hide spoiler)], over a long time (Like up to 3-5 months, and the least is 1 month) can weave and let loose larger forms of storm-like natural disasters, but after this their body goes into a type of hibernation period (after letting it loose; weaving it is just storing up their energy; it's long and complicated work, but the fatigue comes when you release the pent up storm energy) to recuperate, so a huge one isn't extremely common
