(cool!! I'll have a quote then pls)

Jacky froze, her protectiveness coming to the surface. ”How’s Ace?” She asked

”Do you want to tell us what's going on?” She asked, her tone gentle.

”Yeah... It's pretty normal for me. I guess you just need to find something that makes you want to keep fighting. That makes things seem a little more easier to deal with. Because life isn't going to get easier. So you need to be able to have something that helps you bounce back. Even when the pull towards giving up feels like it'll never fade.” She said in a quiet voice, leaning against the wall.

”I’d say I'm a good listener.” She said and paid attention to what he was saying. ”Yeah, almost every day. Why do you think I'm so trigger happy?” She asked but it wasn't important so she moved on. ”Having that emotion is not a bad thing. Just don't rely on things like smoking or drinking. Believe me, the end result isn't worth it.”

Jacky noticed a familiar face walking in so she stood up and walked over. "Hey, you alright?" She asked, getting straight to the point.

(K; she’s at the infirmary :) )

Ryan nodded and looked back at the scene. ”I will. I have, but... Not in the good way.” She ran a hand through her hair, untying it and letting it fall loose against her back.

Ryan chuckled fondly at his awkwardness and pulled away. ”I like the ending then. What are you trying to tell me Ally? There’s always a meaning you want me to remember behind your stories, isn't there?”

"...Did you know her?" She asked quietly, hesitating then pulling him into a quick hug. "It would shatter you... to be nothing more than an echo."

"Be careful of what you wish for." She seemed to echo from the thought in her brain, going back to where Alastair was. "Is it only from the people she once knew? Or does everyone she meets eventually forget?"

"What happened?" Ryan asked in a soft whisper. "What happened to her?"

Ryan somehow moved toward them and stood next to the space in between the girl and the man, taking in the details with her unnerving gaze that she usually had.

Ryan watched with rapt attention as she saw the girl running, focused on the character, but also relishing in the feel of being somewhere else, but staying in her seat at the same time. It was surreal and felt really cool. She looked up at him with wonder in her eyes before looking back at the girl.
