Understanding that his first appearance as a child was not the best of choices and would only bring Morph more trouble than fun, he decided to use one of the tactics that children use the most - Morph just started crying and ran away. Back to his hiding place. Back to his best companions - his books.

As the group drew closer to Morph and the Keeper had even touched him, he understood, that he should get away for a while. Touching was not advisory, since his powers became weaker. Morph withdrew his hand from Riin's and said "Please tell me how to get back to the Cliffs and I will not disturb your peace again!"

Since the Keeper seemed not interested in the conversation between Morph and Anne, he decided to play his game a little while more. "I am a child that was summoned to this island by the Labyrinth more than 1000 years ago. I reside not far from the Cliffs and have never been to these parts."

As the White Keeper appeared in front of the newcomers, Morph became more suspicious. He was afraid that Riin and her brother, the Traveler, might know his secret and reveal it to the others. 'This is not good!' Morph thought in his now wary mind.

"Hello, Anne. It is a pleasure to meet you. I have wondered about this island for a long time and I have lost the track of time, or place. Could you please tell me, where we currently are?"

"Hello there, my name is Teddy." Morph used the nickname of this face to introduce himself to the others. "Would you please be so kind to tell me your names?"
Morph always used different names for his multiple faces, since this was the way how people couldn't guess his shapeshiffter's gift, or curse as some might say.

'Should I approach the group or stay in my place?' Morph thought to himself, not sure of the intentions of the small group that had gathered in one of his least favorite places. 'If I get to know them, I might know how to play with them. That would be so much fun!'
So Morph decided to walk a few steps in the direction of the group. He got close enough to hear their speech, but far enough to be out of immediate danger, should they understand his true nature.

As the sun was setting behind the horizon and the day was finally coming to an end, Morph decided to put one of his 1000 faces on (this time an innocent child) and take a stroll around the island. The darkness was his element and any time without the sun around, was his time of day! He had been here for long enough not to seek any company, but from time to time his cave in The Cliffs with the wast library, that was full of books, was not enough. And in addition to his seldomly experienced interest in something other than his books, he felt that the Labyrinth has once again changed the energy of the island. This could have meant just on thing - newcomers, quite a few of them. So he decided to check on the White Keeper and the other. Just from afar. To see, if they would be worthy of his attention.

Personality: Before landing on the island about 1200 years ago Morph was an simple sailor with a somewhat extraordinary gift. During a trip from the Port of Alexandria his ship sailed right into a storm that brought him to the island of the Labyrinth. Being a free spirit and not tolerating any authority, Morph managed to make the tenants of the island angry and was cursed with a power that multiplied his own gift by the force of 1000. He can have a thousand faces, that change according to the situation. Since coming to this life-changing no man's land Morph has found his refuge in the caves of the rocky shores, from where he seldomly exits to play tricks on the newcomers and the White Keeper.
