Haha! Sorry, that was Meg’s attempt at a journal entry? Maybe? Uh...idk. Anyhoo, yeah, it’s reeeeeeaaaaaaally early. Wanna know why we’re up now? Well...it rained... AHAHAHA! We were outside in our makeshift tent and it started raining! Ok, more like pouring, it’s really coming down. Yeah, and we were super dumb and decided to pitch camp close to the creek..........I bet you can guess what happened. XD Long story short, we had to abandon camp and hole up inside for the night. *sigh* Meg looks like a drowned rat! XD Well, I guess we both do. Well, enough about that. How are you guys doing? Tell us one fun thing that y’all have done recently! We miss you guys a lot and can’t wait to get back. Well, we have to go for now. Surprisingly, our loud yells, laughing, stomping, slamming, and talking hasn’t woken anybody up. Huh. Weeeeeird. Ok, well, we gtg try and sleep. Cya!!! -O

Heyo! Meg here now. Hopefully this comes through. It looks like our last one did? Idk, the internet/WiFi is suuuuuper weird up here. Currently, it is 11:47 PM and I CAN’T FALL ALSEEP! I think these owls have made it their goal to scare me to death. Whatever kind they are, their hoots are totally creepy! Via fell asleep about 30 minutes ago, so it’s just me and the creepsters... *sighs* Anyhoo, how are you? [[Hey! That rhymes! XD]] Today we went on a super long hike and saw all sorts of animals. WE EVEN SAW A RED FOX!!! EEEEEEEEEK!!! XD Unfortunately, Via’s dad slipped and had a nasty scrap all the way down his leg. Ouch! My dad ended up laughing so hard that he fell over too! Haha! It’s the weirdest thing up here. I’m the youngest. That NEVER happens. Via is less than a month older than me and her brothers are waaaaay older. At my house, all four of my siblings are younger then me so it’s really weird being young... XD Ok, enough about us. How are y’all doing? I want each of you to say something you’ve done, are doing, or planning to do this summer! [[If your plans haven’t been canceled that is...]] AHHHHHHH!!! DUMB OWL!!! Gah! These bird are gonna give me a heart attack sometime. Whew! Ok, well o gotta go and try to fall asleep. I hope this post comes through. We miss y’all a lot and really hope this summer goes by fast. Don’t know when this post will come through or if it even does, but we miss you guys! We made it to the cabin late Friday night [[ok, more like around 8]] and it’s now Monday at 7:38 AM. On Saturday, Meg and I explored ever part of the house and the woods around it. The cabin is a one story, and it’s pretty small for all of us. Meg and I got to sleep outside in a “tent”! Haha! It took foooooooorever to fall asleep and a little owl gave us a heart attack. I think we finally ended up getting some shuteye around 2? It was super late! XD Sunday, we found this awesome river not too far from us. Ok, it’s more like a very small creek. We hung out there in the morning, then took a hike later on. We’ve played a few rounds of Exploding Kittens and I won every time! Meg beat me in Skip-Bo tho, and her dad won our gave of Sorry. My idiot brother ran into Meg and I’s game of Monopoly and ruined everything! We haven’t restarted yet... Anyways, how are y’all doing? I know it’s only been, like, two days, but it feels like longer. We’re dying without you guys and miss y’all a lot. Oh, I almost forgot..... HAPPY SUMMER!!! [[or is it merry? XD]] I hope this post comes through, tho I doubt it. If not, we’ll then, I guess we’ll never know. Oops! Everybody’s waking up now. I have to go. BREAKFAST! Talk to y’all later....hopefully!
