Mark tried to get back up but falls down again, breathing hard.

Mark breathes heavily unable to answer.

Mark try’s to get up but goes limp.

Mark trips and slips the treadmill still going. He skids against the floor and doesn’t get up. The only sign of him still living is loud and heavy breathing

Mark is now extremely red faced and breathing very hard but he didn’t stop even though he’s been running for several hours.

Mark huffed and puffed but didn’t stop.

“Yep.” Mark said breathlessly

Mark frowned, being that he was no where near top speed and it’s getting hard to breathe.

“Mark,” He replied

“What’s your name?” Mark asks, starting to breath heavily

Mark looks at him confused still running

Mark gets back on the treadmill turning back to the same speed as before.

“Righhhhht…” Mark said suspiciously but he put the herbs around his hands and wrapped cloth to hold them in place.

“Why are you helping me?” Mark said picking up some of the herbs he pointed to.

Mark narrowed his eyes, “Why?”

Mark nods, looking at his bleeding rope-burned hands.

Mark turns his head to look at Ben but says nothing.

Mark doesn’t notice the person behind him.

Mark grabbed the rope again but he let it go, hissing in pain. He looked back the snares but turned away in horror, he’s not doing that again! He searched for something to do and he decided on the treadmills. He turned it on to a pace he could work with and started to test his endurance.
