Regan braced her feet and strained to hold the room together. “I can’t hold it for long!” She shouted over the wind.

Regan created a larger wall and curved it around creating a shale tear from the wind. “Get in!” She shouted the the other villains.

“What are you doing?” Regan shouted, fighting to keep her footing. She created a small wall and hid behind it, slightly sheltered from the wind.

Regan sighed and reinforced the rock blocking the exits. “Run all you want, but you can’t get out.” She called out to him.

Regan raised her hand and a rock pillar shot up, inches away from Ben. The top was sharpened into a sharp point. “Try me.” She said darkly.

“Well, if you don’t shut up, I think I’m going to send a rock wall slamming into your face.” Regan said innocently.

“Sure.” Regan created a lollipop shaped pebble and launched it at Ben. “Now, be a good little boy and tell us what you want....” Her voice grew dark.

“Like what?” Regan asked in a sarcastic voice. “Do you need me to apologize for my little lie?”

Regan caught sight of Ben and created pillars of rock, blocking all exits. “Back for more, hero?” She growled, glaring at him. She raised her hands, ready to trap him.

Regan rolled her eyes. “What makes you think I want to spend another second with you?” She retorted and turned to Daegon. “We should have two teams. One earlier and one later. The first team should be small and fast. They will fight hard but then fall back in mock defeat. A few hours later, the rest of the group and all our strongest fighters can strike hard and bring them to their knees.”

Regan sent a message back. “Midnight is the time I proposed. Won’t their defenses be up by then?”

Regan heard the message and pulled her phone out and read the message. She watched the video, her face unreadable. “Just as I thought...” she murmured and then spoke louder. “They knee it was a lie, but they’re still putting up defenses. What do you wanna do Captain?”

Regan rolled her eyes. “First of all, I said our leader David gave the command. Second, it was a trick and they totally didn’t believe me. Third, this gives us the perfect time to actually attack.”

“We’re going to attack MAPA in two days when the clock strikes midnight.” Regan said gravely, hiding a smile under her hood.

“I’L YELL ALL I WANT!” Regan shouted at Carson. Then she lowered her voice. “First, I learned we had an imposter. Luke.” She said the name bitterly. “What I wanna know is how none of you caught on?” She continued. “I also gave him and another person some faulty information. They bought it, but whether or not they counter is unknowable.”

“I’M BACK!” Regan yelled in a singsong voice. “AND I’VE GOT NEWS!”

Regan turned away, hiding her smile. Well that went as planned... She headed back to the building.

“Thank you.” Regan said. “Are you heading back to our base?”

It’s ok. We’ve got 30 members now!

“Oh, I guess you haven’t heard then. We’re planning on attacking MAPA in two days when the clock strikes midnight. Will you be there?” Regan asked innocently.
