SOLDIER & WAR STORIES

In our day to day lives, hardly do we take out a second and think about all those who make it possible for us to live, do we? This challenge is inspired from those who fight for us, sacrifice their all for us. Those, who live away from their families, suffer the worst of conditions and yet never hesitate to do their work. Yes, they are our soldiers.

This challenge also aims at reading books which give a close look on all the great wars of history.

106503 Hello everybody!

I know it's been like, AGES, since I created a challenge. Since I was tired of studying, and activity on GoodReads is pretty low, I thought of creating one or more challenges:D

WELCOME TO THE CHALLENGE!

=>BASIC RULES:

Time Limit : 6 months from start date
Levels :
Easy ~ upto 3 books
Medium ~ 4-7 books
Hard ~ 8-10 books

You have to read books from each of the following categories below:

- A reference to time (Eg. Eleven Minutes, Before Ever After)
- A reference to a color (Eg. Black Beauty, The Scarlet Letter)
- A reference to emotions/feelings (Eg. Love Story)
- A reference to a number written in words (Eg. Thirteen Reasons Why, A Tale of Two Cities)
- A reference to any animal/bird (Eg. Of Mice and Men, To Kill A Mockingbird)
- A reference to any element of weather (Eg. Gone With the Wind, Red Earth Pouring Rain)
- A reference to a person (common noun) (Eg. My Sister's Wedding, The Girl Next Door)
- A reference to a name (Eg. Rebecca, Eleanor & Park)
- A reference to a country/place (Eg. Out of Africa, A Passage to India)
- A reference to any foodstuff/drinks (Eg. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Green Eggs and Ham)

A FEW MORE GUIDELINES:

- The books can be of any format : print, ebook or audio.
- A single book can't be used for more than 1 category. For eg,. the book Green Eggs and Ham can be used for both categories 2 and 10, but you can use it only for one category.
- Be creative and match the categories with interesting books!
- The books can be read in any order.
- You can make the list as you read, no need to create it beforehand.
