{H u m a n . A p p e a r a n c e} Athalia's human appearance is relatively the same as her Praeditos one it. Of course, the unearthly gleam is gone: Her hair isn't quite as red, eyes not quite as golden and instead more of a simple hazel color. She appears a bit more innocent, -at least, upon first glance- a look that is relatively easy to get rid of. With the presence of cosmetics and a certain type of outfit, she's very nearly the same Praeditos Athalia even in the human world, one of the main reasons it is so easy to get caught up in her trap.

{P e r s o n a l i t y} The thing most prominent about this particular girl? When Athalia wants something, it is well within her nature to do whatever necessary in order to receive it. She is extremely stubborn when she feels she absolutely must have something, meaning she won't stop until it has officially been claimed as her own. Once her claws have sunken into the idea of possessing something, -or someone- it's widely known Athalia will have it. Whether she deserves it or not, this Praeditos gets what she wants. Maybe this is due to the fact that she's grown up something of a spoiled brat, raised in a rich family. Or maybe it's something deeper. The fact that most people connect items with some sort of fond memory, some attached feeling. And, aside from the materialistic desire that lasts only momentarily, -long enough for her to slip said stolen thing into her bag or 'steal' away a prized lover- Athalia has never felt that.
Whatever it is, it's what drives Athalia to keep wanting, keep seeking out that next soon-to-be possession.

When it comes to the humans, Athalia is very much the predator in predation. She's the cat to the inferior creature's mouse, loving nothing more than toying with the silly beings until she finally grows tired of them. Which, let's face it, is inevitable. They are really no more than a mere temporary source of amusement. A bug under the magnifying glass until they have successfully served their purpose. Of course, that's nothing new where the Praeditos are concerned. Like how most regard the humans, she takes no shame in admitting to how she very much takes pleasure in screwing them over. Nor does she feel an ounce of remorse over this.

This Damaris daughter is accustom to using whatever means necessary in order to play people. Her body? Done. Others' emotions? No problem. Deciete and trickery? Love, that's her go-to mode of operation. Athalia is a hard one to please- but there is one sure fire way to make her eyes light up. And that's screwing with the heads of others. And most often than not, the common denominator amongst her chosen victims is the presence of a Y chromosome; whether the male is human or otherwise is irrelevant.

True, humans are the most fun to fuck with, -her kind typically responds the worst to being screwed with- but she's not picky.

The Narrators-
In the Info thread, I really didn't mention much about them, because they were actually an addition I didn't originally plan on having in the group. But I kinda just slipped them in last minute.
Basically, their whole purpose is:

➳ Serve as something like a mentor/trainer for the Praeditos, though their position, the fact that they have an extra ability, and age differently often gets to their head.

➳ Be something like a historian, making sure the history of the Praeditos remain intact.

➳ Make sure the humans remain oblivious to the Praeditos world. Should a human find out about it. . . Well. The Narrators do what needs to be done in order to eliminate the threat. So, for the sake of safety, it's best the humans remain unaware of the other world and the Praeditos' abilities.

Hopefully, I can remember to actually post in this thread regularly.

How do Narrators become Narrators? (view spoiler)[ Basically what the question is asking, I do believe. (hide spoiler)]

Answer:

One is identified as being a Narrator by the presence of a specialized ability and the difference in the aging process. An additional ability is only caused by a certain recessive trait. This basically means that being a Narrator is a hereditary position- One is born as a Narrator.


Question:

Have there always been four Narrators?

Answer:
I'm actually going to make it eight positions, I do believe. (view spoiler)[ because the more mods, the better, but shhh (hide spoiler)] As for the actual question: The Narrator gene used to be a lot more prevalent, meaning there were quite a few more of the species within the Praeditos' world, but they have since died out. The gene itself has began to fade as well, becoming more recessive in bloodlines.


Questions:

What's the plot besides the Praeditos coming into the human world? Like, do the Praeditos have any goals?

Answer:

I was originally planning on making it more of a plot line, you know. Sort of counting down to a big event. But thinking about it more has made me realize that it'd probably be best to avoid that, because it just makes things sooo much more complicated. So, to answer the question: It's pretty much just the way the Praeditos interact within the human world. Ooh and let's not forget the tiny fact that part of what the Narrators are intended to do is make sure the humans remain oblivious to the world of the Praeditos. Forgot to mention that, did I ? Yeah. It's not something any Praeditos has ever been able to prove, more of folklore and gossip than anything else.


Question:

Do the narrators work together or do they war with each like different army generals from different nations?

Answer:

The Narrators are suppose to work together to keep the Praeditos in line, train them, and make sure the humans remain oblivious- And they do. For the most part. Of course, there's bound to be some underline tension amongst arguably the most powerful creatures to walk any dimension. A lot of times, egos get in the way and one specific Narrator will try to outdo another: It's been known to be their downfall.

@EJ: Bro, just make your character.
I just wanted everyone in general to be overall willing to do either- But I'm willing to make my Narrator either a guy or girl, so I'd just use my charrie to keep the gender count even.
Just make your other character, it will work out. DON'T STRESS.

It literally took me almost an hour just to figure out what appearances I want to use for which girls.

So I have Ryker (human, male.)
Than I'm going to use this model for my Praeditos bitchy chick. I'm thinking about making her name Athalia Damaris.
