It was a cute little mystery, very much like clue meets the bake off.

I read In the Dark by Loreth Anne White.
This was a great little suspense thriller that gave Agatha Christie meets Lord of the Flies vibes. I really enjoyed the suspense, and there were even a few twists I didn't see coming. The ending felt a little lack luster, but most of the read was really enjoyable.

I love fantasy, romance, thriller, and some historical fiction. Mostly, I just like getting sucked into a good story.
I found this group while looking for a fun new reading challenge for 2023 and have really enjoyed seeing all the reviews and adding books to my tbr.
excited to see what new books 2024 will bring my way.

I read Fable, and Namesake by Adrienne Young.
These were both pirate reminiscent love stories.
