Okay, so I haven't started it yet but can I say how much I love that her tumblr has "All The Feels" on the side.

I am on pins and needles and stalking their instagram for little morsels of the story. I cannot wait.

I'm a huge Gaiman fan. I was not disappointed by his newest work. He has said this is his most hinest work to date. I loved that this novel brought me back to when I too couldn't tell the difference between reality and ponds that are oceans.

I'm digging him for the role. I just hope that the wig or hair color they use is realistic, unlike some franchises we know...

Agh, just looked up the guy who voices it. Not James Fraser...what a buzz kill.

I'm on book five now, i think....Yes. Jamie is the ultimate. Honestly I swoon when I hear the Scott's lawn and weed killer commercial on the radio because in my head I think it's Jamie. (That may just be a Northwest brand, I'm not sure.)

Gah! That ending. It was odd being in a teenage boys head. I loved this book, all the feeling I have right now. I can't even compartmentalize.
(view spoiler)[ I don't know what to think about the ending. after I finished it I couldn't sleep for a long while, just going over the last two paragraphs.
Personally I think he's just going to end up similar to his father. Floating through life. Living in the "spectacular now." (BTW how many times was the word spectacular in this book? I get the point, Tharpe.)

I also thought there would be some horrific car crash, Sutter would see the error of his ways. After Aimee and Sutter became more serious I was convinced that he was going to get her killed by drinking and driving. I was glad that there was only a slow release of the relationship. I hate when books have that obvious moral theme. (After-school special)
I knew that Sutter would break Aimee's heart. I identified a little too much with Aimee, (From high school, not now)It was hard to get through at times. The need for approval, wanting to make others happy even when it is your downfall. I'm sure that in a very hurtful way Sutter thought he was was doing her a favor, despite the fact that he left her with a drinking problem and broken heart. I was more worried about Aimee at the end than Sutter.

In the end I thought the author did a good job of creating a extremely self destructive character who I couldn't help but like. Maybe i just knew too many kids like him in my younger years. I still have a friend who is like that. This book n=made me very sad when i started thinking about my friend, the life of the party but no one will take him serious. A running joke and whathaveyou.
I wonder, did Sutter realize how dangerous a life he was living, was he purposely creating this life? It seemed odd that he is the narrator and yet he never had an epiphany on how self destructive he was. Was he that oblivious? He saw that way others took advantage of Aimee and never looked at his own behavior as the same?

MC Honestly I liked the first two books okay. It set up the story, but once I got to the end of the second book I just about died and I had to finish them all in about a day and half. The writing isn't the best but goodness, it sucks you in. Keep going you won't be disappointed.

I agree with the PP about the names of the Others. (view spoiler)[ I was glad to see Asia get her comeuppance (Is that a word?) Most of these time the villains drag out (Like Fiona) forever.
As for the whole animal/human sex time thing. I think it was tamer then some stories. I was actually hoping for more romance between Meg and Simon. At this point it just felt like a platonic sibling relationship. Maybe that will change in the next installment. The thing I loved about Barrons was that he remained so primal (Why does that sound so wrong, yet so right?) up until the end. I don't feel like he was dampened down in the least.
