104093 There has been so much talk on the "Power of forgiveness."

It is said to have healing properties. It helps you let go. When someone you care about hurts you, you can hold on to anger, resentment and thoughts of revenge — or embrace forgiveness and move forward...

Nearly everyone has been hurt by the actions or words of another. Perhaps your mother criticized your parenting skills, your colleague sabotaged a project or your partner had an affair. These wounds can leave you with lasting feelings of anger, bitterness or even vengeance...

So do you believe that forgiving that person will mend what has been broken? Did you forgive someone who deeply hurt you in the past?

Tell us your story....and how you felt? Did it help you in moving forward?

Share with us your views on the power of forgiveness. Share with us if you are stuck in a position where you can seek revenge and hold on to your anger...or you can forgive and let go..but you can't make that decision!!

We will try to help!!

104093 Choose people who have inspired or influenced you in a positive way over the years....who contributed to making you who you are....

What sort of people, works of creativity, writing, and so on have made you who you are? How did they influence you???

104093 Music is the Language of the Universe.

You’ve heard this time and time again, but what does it mean exactly? Music is universal in that there are no boundaries to understanding music. Even animals like Birds, Dogs, and Whales can understand music to a certain degree.

It transcends all boundaries of communication because you can speak and tell stories to someone on the other side of the planet, even though you both don’t speak the same language. But I believe its important for one to have an open mind in order to be in touch with that sense of understanding.

Many people immediately push away certain styles of music without having explored what it has to offer. Not all styles will appeal or resonate with a person, but one may discover a new part of ones self when you are open to all the possibilities....

Some of the earliest recorded moments in Music took place in the Medieval times with choral pieces for church prayers. Much emphasis was placed in the organization and use of specific harmonies to create moods that would illicit a spiritual experience.

Even today, many people claim that music is the key to God and to a holy, more fulfilling life through the Church.

Music can Create a Mood and make you feel Emotion.
Music can whisk you away on an extended journey. Music can make time feel frozen.
Music also has the power to suggest movement.
All these things deal with the human senses.

I’m sure you can remember a moment where a song has made you particularly sad or very excited and happy.

Here we are looking for songs that boost your creativity, that lift us on a high...that makes you smile without reason and you laugh and sing along!!!!

104093 Now how do you make your own vision board?

STEP 1: CHOOSE WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS

For example, to say “I want a better life” is a fine goal, but have you given serious thought to exactly what that means? Try to envision what your “better life” looks like. For those of us who find that somewhat difficult, making a vision board can be a tremendous help. In order to create my vision board, I must actively seek images that represent specific details of this wonderful new life. That means narrowing it down to specifics. For some, a better life might mean having a new car or home. Others may be seeking a new relationship or improvements in existing relationships. Doubtless you have heard it said that most of us never get what we want because we don’t know what we want. Making a vision board is a wonderful way to bring clarity to that general desire and turn it into an achievable goal.

example: Prepare you material

STEP 2: ONCE YOU DREAM IT, THE NEXT STEP IS TO BELIEVE IT

In addition to images, vision boards can include words, phrases or sentences that affirm your intentions. Somehow, we must silence the mind chatter that plagues us all every minute of every waking hour. You know that little voice in your head that never shuts up, the one that supports and promotes all your limiting beliefs by repeating an endless litany of every shortcoming you could possibly have (and some you couldn't possibly have) and every reason why you can’t or shouldn't or won’t ever be, do or have what you really want. Affirmations are that little voice’s worst enemy. Affirmations express who you really are, release you from those limiting beliefs, and allow you to know that the possibilities really are unlimited.

STEP 3: ONCE YOU MAKE IT, MAKE IT A POINT TO SEE IT EVERY MORNING OR WHENEVER YOU CAN, AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT

Another key purpose that vision boards serve is to help you stay focused. It isn't difficult to start each day with a positive attitude – until you get out of bed. How quickly that fresh “new me” attitude can sink back into oblivion beneath the tasks and challenges of everyday life. How can you possibly remain focused on any goal while people and circumstances constantly pull you in dozens of directions at once? By using a vision board, of course! No matter what happens during your day, your vision board is a constant reminder of where you intend to be. Appealing to you on both conscious and subconscious levels, a vision board can work wonders toward keeping your mind focused on your goal, your attention on your intentions, and your life headed in the direction you choose.

104093 Q. What is a Vision Board?

A. A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.

Q. What is the point?

A. We humans tend to be a very busy species and constantly bombarded by distractions. Making use of vision boards serves several purposes, some of which include helping you to:

-Identify your vision and give it clarity.
-Reinforce your daily affirmations.
-Keep your attention on your intentions.
