Showing 1-1 of 1

104 this is easy, because string theory bases its existence on the theory of 1 dimensional strings, or are they strings in 1 dimension?

When the string vibrates transversally, well...it automatically becomes 2-dimensional.

Also, if the energy required to put tension in the string is so great, then where does this energy come from?
thus the theory inherently adds an extra force from the start, when the original goal was to unite the existing 4 fundamental forces.

lastly, it cannot even explain how magnetism or the magnetic force acts at a distance. (in fact none of the theories do a good job of this..., although QED gets a pat on the back for trying, but then on that theory, what exactly is a virtual photon but a mathematical construct?)
