Graham first qualified in Clinical Pathology and worked for 7 years in a London hospital. He went on to run the Equine Pathology department at the Equine Research Station in Newmarket for several years. At this point he had a complete career change and went into Medical Sales and Marketing. He worked his way up the ladder and became International Sales Manager for a Medical/Scientific instrument manufacturer in the UK which is where his book "Comrades, Concubines and Lovers" starts. He travelled extensively around the globe and in particular became an expert a trading behind the Iron Curtain, somewhere where most people shied away from.He eventually established his own company, manufacturing products the the newly emerging IVF market.
