Choose 1 category per month to make this last the whole of the Common Era year. There are 18 categories, but, of course, not all of them may interest you; the number of categories are to provide flexibility to the reader. Some of the categories are very complex, and some very simple, and you should be able to create a reading experience that entertains, challenges, and improves your knowledge. [close] The Early Germanic Book Club (EGBC) is a group read of four books (initially at least, we might go for more if this works well) exploring both historical and modern views of the Germanic warrior ethos and its role in the wider historical and societal setting.

[close] It's pretty self-explanatory, actually. This group is for authors in the SCA (Or formerly in the SCA) to hang out together, discuss craft, and discuss opportunities for joint promotion and get-togethers (online and off). For those not in the know, SCA is the Society for Creative Anachronism, a worldwide historical reenactment group. A great place to play.
