A place to discover our original spiritual practices, rituals, myths and culture. For people interested in Afro diaspora religions including but not limited to Orishas/Orixas, Santeria, Haitian Vodou, Vodun, Odinani, Candomble. Lets ferret out the lost histories and separate the racist mistruths from the reality. Though this we can discover more about our stolen cultures.
This is primarily a non-fiction group, but fiction can be included if it speaks to something pertinent around the subject matter.
This is a space to discuss our findings and help spread knowledge.
It is not a space to debate the veracity of any religion or call into question beliefs. Atheists and Theists of all kind are welcome.

This is a literature club for anyone interested in getting to know more about Igbo Land (Biafra). Each month we will pick a book (via vote), read it, and discuss it by the end of the month. Within each month, we will also have patches of novellas discussions, short stories discussions, poetry reading, and we will discuss random topics relating to storytelling.
