Given the topics related to postcolonial life are always sensational and controversial (like the identity wars), this group is built upon the belief that the contexts are always more complicated than the individual perspectives as for the insiders a topic as crucial as identity would be the elephant in the room. The suggestion for making use of this space is to observe how you agree and/or disagree with the posts and think about the nature of these points of difference. Personal and faithful perspectives (even if they conflict with each other on political standpoints) will all be respected.

[close] Martin is the author of a collection of seven short stories collectively called 'The Animal Parables'. Don't be deceived; on the surface they may have the appearance of children's stories but each one has profound life lessons enfolded in the narrative. The Author will be available for questions and discussion on the writing of these stories and the subject matter that they tackle. From December through to April (and most probably beyond).
