This place is full of crazies, werewolves, vampires, ghosts, demon and many more supernatural or "crazies" the government don't want to deal with. The government may just send you hear because they don't like you. So if yo don't want to end up in a place that you can never escape from, don't piss of the government. Your parents can also send you here if they don't want you or something. This place is for the forgotten, or those who are wanted to be forgotten. People get sent here to be forgotten, but that's only because they're unforgettable.
