This is the 75BOOK Challenge.
Like the 75Hard challenge but for people who want to read more books. You can do the whole challenge and make it a fitness challenge as well or just do the book part.
The rules are simple:
1. Drink 3L of water a day.
2. Make a new meal you haven’t made every week and try to eat a more healthy diet. (If you have 3 soft drinks a day, have 2. If you eat chocolate every day, have it every second day.) Try to make better choices.
3. Work out every day for 45 minutes, and while working out listen to a book, or do a book character-inspired workout.
4. Read a total of 75 books in the 75-day period. Got to read every day even if it is only 1 page.
5. Take a progress picture each day.
6. Share your progress on Goodreads
75 books in 75 days.
