When I was a child, my dreams took me soaring through the night sky where I popped into countless futures: an inventor, an explorer, a pilot, a firefighter. There were even serious futures that prickled at the edge of my night flights. Could I be a lawyer like my father or a programmer like Wozniak? But I am me. That's both a blessing and a curse. With a fertile imagination and deep aversion to commitment, I thought why settle for one future when I can have them all?
