Some battles happen quietly.

No screaming.
No dramatic ending.
No one clapping for your strength.

Just you…
trying to heal in silence while carrying confusion, heartbreak, disappointment, anxiety, grief, and memories you wish didn’t still hurt.

I used to think healing would feel powerful immediately.
I thought peace would arrive all at once.

But real healing is uncomfortable before it becomes freeing.
