I wondered as I read if Ursula was ever aware of her past lives.......it didn't seem that she was until later in the story when she seemed to have some vague sense of familiarity with certain events, or deja-vu feelings at times........I wonder if she would ever come to a conscious knowledge of her previous lives and decisions......
I had the same sense, Donna, that in the beginning she was clueless (makes sense, I suppose -- she was a baby!). Later, it seemed she began to get very vague impressions that she couldn't make sense of, and later still, she seemed to be much more aware and making more conscious decisions. But I'm guessing.
