I came across your Roses books and loved them all! A few years later I saw the Hallmark movie and fell in love all over again. When someone asks me for a recommendation your Roses series is always on my list!
The Bride was the first book that I read after a big stretch between when I was a child and when I turned 18. I'm not sure why, but I stopped reading for quite some time, and a friend introduced me to The Bride. I haven't stopped reading since! I would love to see all of your books made into movies, but definitely the Buchanan line! Hopefully something comes from Heartbreaker, and I would hope that the rest would follow! It would be great if they turned out like Nicholas Spark's books.
I really hope they do justice to the Heartbreaker, Ms Julie Garwood. I watched the RoseHill and felt they had a misplaced Victoria than a Mary Rose in the movie. Your book For the Roses had a lot of shining moments and the way the brothers and sister became a family not through blood but through love and loyalty. The movie didn't capture the heart as Adam wasn't wise in the movie, Douglas and Travis would never have Rosehill after putting it to rights, Mary Rose would never have fallen for a rustler or warned any guy who may have betrayed her family.
