Good points. I thought the reason he couldn’t be intimate with anyone was because he loved Macy so much he couldn’t handle their separation 🤷🏼♀️
Wow I didn't see it when I read it but now that you mention it that's totally what happened, he never consented to Emma, however your point is also very important, we don't know how intoxicated Emma was.
I think maybe Christina did want to explain it as a rape cuz that would be an entire new plot and something that needed to be addressed into more depth.
