I actually didn't realize what this was at first and I was like "Oh no, that poor writer! That is horrible." ;D This is great!
Thank you for the mini heart attack before I re-read this.
I believe I actually had this happen in my early writing career (before my first book). Thankfully I was able to recover the files.
