Ellen Spence It is very thought provoking, but teaches us how to forgive, even the worst person in the world. I loved the movie and the book. I loved it!

Lee Osborne I think this is an extremely unhealthy message. Some people have suffered so much abuse and evil in their lives that they can't deal with, and expecting them just to say, "hey, it's all fine!" is really, really unhealthy and a barrier to healing and recovery.

Ellen Spence Yep, pretty much, but it is a thinking book. One good for reflection on life. A horrible thing-his daughter is kidnapped and killed and he goes on a quest to find his way, after this. He is angry, mad, and his life is spiraling downward, when God;s friends show him, he must forgive for himself, to go on living.

Joann Chaves It is the best book I've ever read to understand and actually feel the pain of this man and the love of God for him that helped him heal. Only those that don't believe in God can't understand it or realize they need this understanding the most.
