I never thought of that possibility, but considering how mentally ill Ragna is, I suppose she might be about to attack the guard with her fork. Ragna, in her delusional state, may believe that Irfan poisoned her food and that the guard is helping the chef by knowingly delivering a tainted meal. We have no way of knowing for sure what is really going on, however. The ending is frustrating, since it leaves us somewhat bewildered. I prefer more clarity.
