If you are drunk you can't give consent; therefore automatically making it rape.
I think he DID give consent, BECAUSE he thought it was Macy. Not saying that it was right, just saying he was drunk and brain wasn't working correctly.
But could you imagine agreeing to have sex with a man in a mask believing it’s your boyfriend, and then finding out it wasn’t? Not the best analogy but I feel it gets the point across best. He gave consent for girlfriend (even if it wasn’t her) to have sex with him, not Emma
he woke up to her, someone he’s repeatedly rejected, performing sexual acts on him, i feel like it’s pretty clear that she didn’t have his consent and she knew it.
