Lila was not flirting with Nino. She knew that he didn't pay much attention to his own daughter, so she held her up and showed Imma's qualities while speaking to her and encouraging her to talk to him, because she knew that he'd pay more attention to Lila than to his daughter... And because of that selfless action, she lost Tina. At least this is the way I see it.
