Deborah Almada I think a lot of us can relate, it's a work of fiction not a self help book. We all know what it means to eat health. I love that you make veggie dishes sound so good. I am more likely to eat more vegetables because they sound good than I am to resist something because I am being lectured.

Lynn Cahoon Thanks Deborah. I love food, which is one of the reasons I wrote the Farm to Fork series. I've been doing some roasted veggies this summer on the grill which I'm loving.

Kimberley Cornwell I read your books for their pure entertainment value. I do not read them as a primer for healthful eating. I AM an emotional eater and struggled with my weight my entire life (62 yrs young)-- your books do NOT prompt me to eat, just as they do NOT prompt me to kill. Instead of casting blame on you, perhaps the original writer might look inward. Just sayin'

Andrea Stoeckel It’s called fiction...not FACT. And if you can’t or won’t distinguish between the two, don’t read the books! Lynn, I know 2 things...you cannot “get diabetes” from skipping meals...and you cannot get diabetes from overindulgence in same. ( family genetics, poor eating habits caused by being poor...these are the main causes) Yes, it is a terrible thing, but as the only member of my generation not to be diabetic, I am living proof Judith is blowing smoke, and I can prove it
