I like the idea that she imagined the bracelet. We know she’s definitely not mentally healthy, and did have a lot of visions in her coma.
I think maybe there was no bracelet? It says there was goldfoil on the champagne bottle and when the bottle was opened she saw strip of gold on the tray which triggered the bracelet memory? As a sign that the past will never let her go...
