Dsylvest Exactly - this was a difficult story to believe in in a number of ways

ARIF MOTIWALA Yes, but it's a novel - not based on true story. Not to defend the author, but there is some poetic license taken with fiction. But I do agree some parts are bit far fetched. However, the Kay's story is inspiring and it is well written - suspense was killing me so I kept reading. Don't want to give away the ending if someone hasn't read it.

Claudia It”s 8 hours from Asheville to the OBX. In the 60’s and 70’s, it was 10 hours.
