I'm a walk to plot kind of gal too. I can sit at desk at be totally jammed up. Get out the door and halfway down the street and "boom!" figure out the next scene or some snippet that will tie things together.
Yes! I've had many walks where I've had to stop to write these ideas down in my Notes app for fear I'd forget.
