My grandpa is in the last of his days and we were very close. I am mourning such a massive loss and am super intrigued to read your book. Also, your profile pic is gold. You have the face of someone you instantly just want to be friends with lol Thanks for writing this book and can't wait to read it! And I'm sorry about the losses you've endured.
Wow this answer. I lost my younger and only sister to cancer in February of this year. She was only 23. I also find myself repeating the phrase "I don't understand WHY" in my mind - why she had to get it; why it couldn't go away. Add the current Covid19 climate on the heels of that and it's been disorienting to my axis of reality. I will read this, and I know I will cry. Thank you for answering this question so genuinely!
