I am so looking forward to reading this. I had never heard of Saladin till I read Lionheart...This is what is wonderful about novels, it leads the reader to investigate further into the people themselves. Thanks Sharon:)
That is what I love, too, about historical fiction, Rebecca. It is such an enjoyable way to learn about the past.
This is where your research is appreciated by the reader. We know you put the hard hours in and we the reader are the beneficiaries of your hard work. I even downloaded a TV documentary on Saladin and Richard and sat glued watching two great leaders who in the end respected one another....So I will be looking forward to your next novel.:)
Sharon, what's the latest with Land Across the Sea or Outremer? Am anxious to hear when it's likely to be released.
