Disliking a book just because of who wrote it seems like trolling to me, not an objective (or even subjective) review of the actual book, its style, its content. Flag away!
It is actually against Goodreads rules to rate a book simply to skew the ratings. I say go for it!
I say do what you feel you need to do as long as it involves a mighty pen, but not a sword. You may quote me.
If you ask someone to review a book, that is what they should do. If they don't read it, they should not be part of the discussion.
