Liane needs to write a sequel!!!
Yes I had the same thought. I mean the retreat was the catalyst for them all meeting one another, but to me the real story began once they all left. In some ways, being at the retreat did help them reassess their lives and move on with their lives.
I really loved the characters. I couldn't stop crying when I heard the hospital scene with Zach's soccer friend (I listened to this on Audible). Oh the heartbreak :(
