I am really agree with the practical aspect as the Atomic Habit focus. Habit cheatsheet is really helpful to do immediate action in creating good habit and breaking bad habit. I also really like the inspiration from the 2-minutes rule chapter. It sounds simple which I should have been doing this but I haven't. Now I have pointed out, I should really start. Daily 2 minutes writing, 5 minutes daily exercise, 15 minute daily learning new programming language, etc.
