Damn right. There is no need to convince people who can't appreciate it. If they find it bad and won't read, then its their loss
How can you be so, allegedly, well-read and say something so ignorant? I've read a ton of books all across the spectrum, and I get that people have different tastes. You read a lot but it seems like you never opened your mind.
In my opinion, action has been done a lot better by a number of writers
