Thanks CW - the longer-winded, the better! You said pretty much what I would have expected, and which reflects my own views when it comes to choosing factual history over compelling story. In my current work-in-progress, I've played around with history only to streamline what would otherwise could be a muddied and confusing storyline. The fact that we see eye to eye on this issue makes me better about playing God!
