Al Lock Considering that Neil himself points out how theories have changed over the past centuries, claiming the current theory is suddenly fact seems a bit silly. Yet that is exactly what Neil does.

Chris Blocker Robert, have you ever even been to the "Midwest"? I guess a better question is, "Do you know where the Midwest is?" Alabama? Clearly you don't know where a review on Goodreads belongs.
I guess what they say about stereotypes is true--they're fact. Clearly, being Torontonian, you're a stuck up, Drake-loving, American wannabe. Try getting out a little more.

Robert Narojek Congrats on your good self perception - it feels good I guess. The more of the world you will see, if you get a passport first, then you will notice the world as wholeness. And just to state it clearly I was great American wannabe - 30 some years ago, in the meantime I travelled a lot around and americanism has not much to offer for me :)) Enjoy your day in the MIDWEST, wherever it may be :)
