Agree. I am anxiously awaiting the third Beartown novel.
I wasn't sure there was going to be a 3rd. Thank goodness! I can't live without knowing how all this plays out.
I'd rather not spoil, but one isn't playing professional hockey (if that gives a hint)
Ana or Mya could be considered the "pro" in addition to the non-hockey player boy. Bass Player sees Benji on TV - doubt it's an obituary. End of 2nd book- the "envelope" could play a role. Backman is a talent I look forward to reading more of his work. Also, check out the imbd list of actors as characters.
Is "Us Against You" as good as Beartown?
I liked Us Against You equally if not more than Beartown.
