Lissa Oliver Good to hear that more creativity is still there! I can thoroughly recommend CreateSpace and in the UK there are a number of print-on-demand companies that can produce a short-run of one upwards. £25 is the proof copy, so an expensive one-off, but £3 per copy thereafter, on average, incl p&p, so a very economical way of buying 50-100 books for a launch. Avoid places that offer editing & marketing services within the price, as they tend to be over-priced and feedback is often poor. You sound like a little printing press of your own would be the investment to make, the magazine is a wonderful idea.
