Venda FWIW I don't find your stories hard to follow at all. Best supernatural horror I have ever read and The Waiting Room is my absolute favorite.

I also have no problems following along. I tore through The Colony series and just purchased The Waiting Room (thank you, Nancy and Venda for the rec).

Thank you, F.G., for continuing to scare us!!

Tattooed Horror Reader Same! You're one of my all time favorite authors. Loved The Waiting Room, the Colony series, and I can't wait to dig in to Dark Echo. Very thankful that I stumbled across The Colony on Audible!

Stacey Your publishers dropped the ball. Dark Echo and The Waiting Room were among my all time favs! I have read so many spooky books in my life, that very few ever freak me out and give me the chills any more like those two books. I have loved all your books. They are not hard to follow. It is the "complexity" that sets the bone chilling moods that make these books so terrific. The reader actually LIVES the story.

Jenn Hutch I also thought The Waiting Room was one of the best supernatural books I've ever read, and I think I have actually read it 4 or 5 times. I didn't find it hard to follow at all, quite the opposite. Also a huge fan of Dark Echo, and frankly I think House of Lost Souls is in the same caliber as Haunting of Hill House and Hell House.
