Joan, thank you so much. That's so helpful. I'm going to likely order the hard copy edition soon. I do wish that with books like these, they wouldn't even offer the Kindle version. If the option isn't even offered to begin with, it would make it easier for all of us!
But the advantage of the kindle version is that I checked it out of my local library without ever leaving my home, so you can't beat the price and convenience!
